2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address, real estate license information (for agents), and anything else you submit through forms, account registrations, scheduling tools, surveys, applications, or direct communications.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site. IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, click activity, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We collect this through cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking technologies operated by us and by third-party service providers ("Tracking Technologies").

Information from third parties. Information from public records (including property tax, deed, and MLS records), real estate data providers, lead-generation vendors, marketing platforms, our brokerage and coaching partners, and licensing authorities.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the Site and our services, including hosting, security, fraud prevention, analytics, troubleshooting, and feature development.

To market our services to potential buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. This includes building email marketing campaigns informed by your activity on the Site and the information you submit. Marketing may relate to properties, market updates, home valuation estimates, listing services, coaching programs, processing services, and brokerage opportunities.

To contact you by phone or email about services we believe may interest you. Phone outreach to homeowners may include conveying a home valuation estimate, presenting an offer to purchase, or proposing a listing engagement. Phone outreach to licensed real estate agents may relate to brokerage affiliation with Brix Realty Group, coaching, or transaction processing services. All marketing calls are placed by a live person dialing manually — we do not use automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded voice messages for marketing calls. Before placing marketing calls, we scrub against the federal Do Not Call Registry, applicable state Do Not Call lists, and our internal Do Not Call list. You may opt out at any time using the methods in Section 8.

To send text messages. We send marketing text messages only to recipients who have given prior express written consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

To generate home valuations and related offers. If you provide your property address or related information, we may use it together with public records and market data to estimate the value of your property and to present offers, listing proposals, or other services related to that property.

To comply with legal obligations, including real estate licensing rules, brokerage compliance requirements, tax reporting, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering laws, court orders, and lawful regulatory requests.

To enforce our agreements and protect our rights, including investigating suspected violations of our terms.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Tracking Technologies for site functionality, analytics, performance measurement, and marketing. Some Tracking Technologies are loaded by third-party service providers we engage. These technologies may transmit your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity to those providers for purposes including analytics, attribution, audience-building, and ad targeting.

Where Tracking Technologies are used on the Site, we display a cookie consent tool that gives you the option to accept or decline before non-essential tracking fires. You can also control Tracking Technologies through your browser settings (most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when one is being set) and through the opt-out mechanisms offered by major advertising networks (such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org).

We respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with the public or with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

We share your information only as follows.

With Brix-affiliated personnel, including Brix Realty Group real estate agents, staff, and personnel, for the purposes in Section 3.

With service providers performing functions on our behalf — hosting, CRM, email and SMS delivery, analytics, advertising attribution, payment processing, e-signature, document management, transaction coordination, lead generation, and similar services. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.

With business partners in connection with referrals, co-marketing, transactions, or services you have requested.

For legal and safety reasons, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to comply with applicable law; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Brix, our agents, our clients, or others.

In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Real estate transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable state real estate licensing law (typically at least five years from the date of the transaction, or longer where required).

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
